Our NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) certifications demonstrate that we apply the highest quality standards in critical special processes such as X-Ray inspection, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), aluminum heat treatment, and welding. These certifications are issued by a globally recognized organization, validating our compliance with international standards.

X-RAY

X-ray inspection is one of the most critical non-destructive testing methods for detecting metallurgical flaws in parts. This method allows casting defects, pores, cracks, and metallurgical flaws to be identified at an early stage.

Within our facilities, X-ray inspection is performed using two different methods with NADCAP certification. With our NADCAP approval, we conduct inspections at the highest quality standards, providing our customers with both Digital Radiography (DDA) and Film Radiography solutions.

  • Digital Radiography (DDA)

Our company has Türkiye's first and only NADCAP-approved DDA device. Digital radiography technology offers advantages over film-based radiography technology, including high-resolution imaging, fast results, and digital archiving. This ensures more effective and faster control in production processes.

Liquid Penetrant Inspection (FPI)

Liquid penetrant inspection (FPI) provides precise control by making the smallest cracks and pores on the surface visible. Special liquids applied to the surface of the parts allow defects that are invisible to the naked eye to be easily detected.

BWe perform this inspection in accordance with international standards, ensuring the highest level of quality for parts used in the most critical areas, such as aviation and defense.

Aluminum Heat Treatment

We carry out heat treatment operations, one of the most critical and essential processes in aluminum casting parts, with quality assurance approved by international authorities.

Within our company, T4 and T6 heat treatments for parts made of A357/F357 and A356 alloys are performed in accordance with high standards. These special processes increase the strength and resistance properties of the parts, allowing us to obtain parts that meet end-user requirements.

Welding

In the parts we manufacture, any repairable defects that may arise during the process are eliminated through our approved repair welding operation. This special process is carried out in compliance with high quality standards, ensuring the integrity of the parts without affecting their mechanical properties.
