We aim to minimize risks that may arise during the serial production phase by utilizing supporting software in our quotation and new part introduction processes. The most important of these software tools is Novacast investment casting simulation, which we use during the development process (sprue design, metallurgical results, casting parameters, runner designs) to take preventive measures against risks that may arise during sample and serial production processes. This allows us to improve sample and serial production lead times, part costs, and metallurgical results.
